We’ve negotiated ridiculously aggressive carrier contracts for our agents, well above the industry average. We believe in our producers being able to net as much money as possible off of their personal production.

Contract

If you have worked with other insurance organizations in the past, you know how they try to lock you down with non-compete and exclusivity agreements. But with us, our independent-contractor insurance agents only sign contracts with insurance carriers.

Renewals

Renewal Commissions are paid Annually on most policies when the contract renews after the first year. Your renewals are 100% vested on Day 1.

Bonus

Qualifying agents get performance-related bonuses based on agency-level and/or personal production numbers. Over $300,000 in personal production bonuses and $3,000,000 in agency production bonuses are paid out each month to qualifying agents.
